A “No Kings” demonstration is scheduled to take place Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET at the intersection of State Route 50 and Mariner Boulevard in the Brooksville–Spring Hill area.
Organizers have described the event as a peaceful protest. Participants are expected to gather along public sidewalks near the intersection to voice their views on government accountability and leadership.
The Hernando County Sheriff’s Office said deputies will be present to monitor the event and manage traffic in the area. Motorists are advised to use caution and expect possible congestion during the late morning hours.
As of Friday, no road closures or detours have been announced. The protest is expected to remain within public areas and not interfere with normal traffic flow.
